B&Bs range from $100-$250/night. Boutique and historic hotels run $150-$400/night. Inns are $120-$300/night. Wilderness lodges and resorts can be $200-$600+/night, often including meals and activities. Prices vary by season — summer and fall (leaf peeping) are peak in most regions.

New England (Vermont, Maine, the Berkshires), California wine country and the coast, the Carolinas and Georgia low country, Colorado mountain towns, and the Pacific Northwest are all exceptional B&B and inn regions. Each offers unique scenery, food, and experiences.
